Access to examinations offered by the Higher Education Examining Board of the French Community of Belgium is limited to those who satisfy conditions of access to studies but, for objective reasons appreciated by the board alone, who cannot follow the regular teaching activities of the course.
Students who are allowed to present the examinations for a year’s study before this board do not have the status of 'regular' students.
Only studies leading to the acquisition of undergraduate or postgraduate degree programmes may be presented before the Higher Education Examining Board of the French Community of Belgium.
Students who have been registered in the same year of the same course for 2 consecutive academic years, either in a university or with the Higher Education Examining Board of the French Community of Belgium, may not register for the same examinations until a further 3 academic years have passed.
Students whose cases have been presented before the Examining Board may only be reconsidered after further registration.
