The two closest airports are Brussels National (Zaventem) and Charleroi (Brussels South, operated by RyanAir).

The train station is embedded in the airport in Zaventem, while from Charleroi, there are buses from the airport to the Charleroi train station. The train schedule can be found here.

From Charleroi, the train is direct to Mons, tickets combining bus and train are available at the airport (see the website).
